In anticipation of this Saturday’s WakeMed Scrub Run 5K/10K, benefiting WakeMed Children’s, physicians from the WakeMed Children’s Hospital created a fun and entertaining training guide for folks who are new to running but still wish to participate in this weekend’s race.
