Watermelon Mint Salad with Fresh Blueberries

Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups diced watermelon
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh mint

DIRECTIONS

  • Place in a small bowl, and gently mix together watermelon and blueberries.
  • Garnish with fresh, chopped mint.
