Watermelon Mint Salad with Fresh Blueberries
Serves 4
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups diced watermelon
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 tablespoons chopped, fresh mint
DIRECTIONS
- Place in a small bowl, and gently mix together watermelon and blueberries.
- Garnish with fresh, chopped mint.
