Resolving to Live Healthier in 2019

Happy New Year!

This is the time that many of us focus on making New Year’s Resolutions. We often set big goals that fade away by February.  While about 75% of people stick to their goals for at least a week, only 46% are still successful six months later.

So, instead of setting unreachable goals and being one of the many who give up on their resolution, focus on small changes that can be successfully reached and last the whole year. Spend some time to think about one or two things you want to improve for 2018 that can successfully be continued into 2019 and beyond.

One great way to begin the year is by making an appointment for your annual physical. Don’t have a primary care physician?
