We’d like to recognize Hayley Monsees, a student at Cary High School and member of Troop 1860, who earned the Girl Scout Gold Award by making scrapbooks for the parents of Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) babies that can be used to track the infants’ growth. She also compiled an idea book of keepsake crafts for parents in the NICU.
