The U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and Prevention on Tuesday issued new guidance on mask use for fully vaccinated Americans.
If you’re fully vaccinated, you may remove your mask when attending small outdoor gatherings as well as when dining outside with friends from multiple households. Unvaccinated people still need to wear a mask at such gatherings. This is yet another reason to get the COVID-19 vaccine though life has not returned completely to normal for fully vaccinated people. Guidance for indoor activities are the same for both vaccinated and unvaccinated individuals.
