Thank you, United Arts Council

A section of the Cary Photographic Artists exhibit, WakeMed Art Wall

We are lucky that many talented artists call the Triangle area home. And thanks to organizations like the United Arts Council, you don’t have to take a special trip to the North Carolina Art Museum or to a dedicated art gallery to view artistic creations. United Arts of Raleigh & Wake County coordinates art installations around the Triangle area, and the WakeMed Raleigh Campus is lucky enough to be one of those locations.

For hospital patients and visitors who are stressed by illness and worry, the United Arts display provides a special respite. Hospital staff and volunteers also enjoy the visual stimulation and mental retreat offered by the display. Thank you to United Arts and the artists who share their talents with us.

If you are ever on Raleigh Campus, look for the art display along the corridor directly outside of Café 3000 on the first floor. Regional artists or artist groups that are interested in exhibiting in the future should contact United Arts at jmcintyre@unitedarts.org.
