WRAL Reports: Warm Up Before Exercise is More Important in Winter

Many of us have resolved to get in shape in 2014.  Before exercising be sure to get cold muscles moving and warmed up to help prevent pulled muscles.  Warming up before intense activity is important whether you are exercising indoors or out.
